ICS Set to Begin Work on O’Fallon’s New Public Works Facility

O’FALLON, MO – ICS Construction Services, Ltd. is proud to announce its latest project in partnership with the City of O’Fallon: the construction of a state-of-the-art Public Works Facility. This modern complex is designed to enhance the efficiency and operations of O’Fallon’s Public Works Department and Fleet Maintenance Division, supporting the city’s ongoing commitment to superior municipal services.

The new facility will accommodate 81 employees from the Public Works Department and nine employees from the Fleet Maintenance Division. The project consists of two main buildings with a combined footprint of nearly 60,000 square feet, providing ample space for streamlined operations and improved working conditions.

In addition to the main buildings, the project includes essential infrastructure and operational enhancements such as a new salt storage facility, a fueling station, protective canopies for equipment storage, and a dedicated truck wash bay. These features will allow the department to better serve the community while maintaining its fleet and equipment in optimal condition.
