ICS Construction Services, Ltd. recently broke ground on the UMSL College of Business Adminstration's new building. According to UMSL, the new $13.7 million project will foster "the integration of business and technology, enhance the synergy between academic and experiential learning, and further strengthen the College’s ability to serve the community".
