ICS Construction Services, Ltd. recently completed work at the Missouri Athletic Club West. This $1.4 million project consisted of the renovation of the club lobby and main dining room as well as the construction of a bar and patio addition. According to the MAC, the new "1903 Bar" was named after the Missouri Athletic Club's founding year, and was constructed to create an adult space for members to grab a drink, celebrate a special occasion, or entertain clients. The bar features, rich woodwork, multiple TVs, and two private alcoves that seat up to 12 people, as well as an outside patio that includes a fireplace and additional seating. ICS is proud to have partnered with the MAC on this important addition to their West Clubhouse.

ICS Breaks Ground on New Golden Gate Elementary School for the Wentzville School District
ICS Construction Services, Ltd. recently broke ground on the Wentzville School District’s Golden Gate Elementary. According to the Wentzville School District, the new $18.2 million project will be the eleventh elementary school in the Wentzville School District, and the eleventh school built in the WSD since 2000. The WSD continues to be the fastest growing district in the state, adding on average between 500 and 600 new students each year since 2001. This will be the second project that ICS has worked on with the district. Last year, ICS began work on classroom and gym additions at the district’s Liberty High School. ICS Project at North County Recreation Complex Wins Prestigious Award of Distinction
ICS subcontractor, Westport Pools, recently won a coveted Amenity Pool award in United Aqua Group’s 2016 Awards of Distinction competition for their work on our project at the North County Recreation Complex Pool at the Veterans Memorial Park. The project consisted of upgrades to the existing locker rooms and the replacement of an existing 50 meter pool with a new leisure/amenity pool. According to United Aqua Group, “the winners this year exemplified the best in pool design and construction”. ICS Completes Work on St Louis Community Credit Union
ICS Construction Services, Ltd. recently completed work on the St. Louis Community Credit Union in St Louis, MO. This $1.4 million project consisted of the construction of a new full service banking facility. The Credit Union replaced the original Gateway Bank facility located on the property. Gateway Bank was established in 1965 as the first and only minority-owned commercial bank in Missouri. It operated on the site until 2012, when the land it was located on was purchased by the St Louis Community Credit Union and the original building was subsequently demolished. According to the St Louis Community Credit Union, “additional funding from the Community Development Block Grant, as well as support from the City of St Louis, Stifel Bank & Trust, the St Louis City NAACP, TIAA Direct and others, St Louis Community Credit Union was able to build a new state-of-the-art facility while still preserving Gateway Bank’s great heritage.” ICS is proud to have partnered with the St. Louis Community Credit Union on this important and historic project in the City of St. Louis
ICS Breaks Ground on New Maryland Heights Fire House #2
ICS Construction Services, Ltd. recently broke ground on the Maryland Heights Fire House #2. According to the MHFPD, the new $4.7 million project will create more capacity in the apparatus bays, improve operational areas, increase space in essential disaster storage areas and will include the addition of a dedicated medical assessment/treatment room, gender-friendly living areas and a community outreach center. ICS Completes Restoration Work at Eureka High School
ICS Construction Services, Ltd. recently completed flooring work at Eureka High School in Eureka Missouri. As a result of historic flooding this past December, Eureka sustained flood damage to the gymnasium complex at the township’s high school. ICS quickly responded, and restored approximately 7,300 square feet of VCT and approximately 6,000 square feet of carpet. The VCT work included custom logo work that features the school’s mascot.
ICS Breaks Ground on UMSL College of Business Administration
ICS Construction Services, Ltd. recently broke ground on the UMSL College of Business Adminstration's new building. According to UMSL, the new $13.7 million project will foster "the integration of business and technology, enhance the synergy between academic and experiential learning, and further strengthen the College’s ability to serve the community". ICS Completes Work on SIUe Fitness Center
ICS Construction Services, Ltd. recently completed work on the SIUe Fitness Center in Edwardsville, IL. This $2.5 million project consisted of the renovation and expansion of the Free Weight Room within the Fitness Center. The project nearly doubled the size of the previous Free Weight Room, and included the addition of state-of-the-art equipment and fitness amenities. ICS worked closely with SIUe and the architect to bring the project in on time and within budget. The new facility opened in January. For additional information about the project click here.
